Love is something you can’t touch, see, smell, taste, or hear. Love is something that can be proved, tested, and felt only. Love can and does come in different ways, shapes, and forms. It can be expressed in various ways rather it be romantically, or platonically for a spouse or friend and family member respectively. Love is genuine. Love is undeniable and indestructible. Love is what makes you go that extra mile for someone even if you don’t feel like it. Many think that love is when you supposed to feel bubbly and butterflies inside every day all day from your girlfriend/boyfriend which is true and can happen, but love doesn’t stop there and that’s only the tip of the iceberg. Love is when you are angry at a friend, family member, or lover and besides allowing your emotions to take control of you and doing something to harm that person due to emotional unbalance the love takes over causing you to tolerate your own emotions and control yourself not only for yourself but for that other person through consideration, empathy and sympathy all combined. When you do things from the bottom of your heart to see someone else genuinely happy for and within themselves that’s love. If you and an ex-lover of yours split, and besides holding them back, tearing them down, seeking revenge, or making an attempt to destroy that individuals life, but helping them move forward and progress with their lives to heal properly in all areas of their lives with their permission spiritually, mentally, and emotionally is what you call love. Love doesn’t always have to be romantic. Just giving out a helping hand to someone who doesn’t deserve it without expecting anything in return is love. Genuineness is Love.
